  • You may arrive Friday anytime after 2 pm. If you are taking meals at the center, we will begin with dinner Friday evening followed by our first meeting.
    Our last meal is Sunday lunch and the weekend ends Sunday afternoon before dinner.
    It is possible to make arrangements to stay Sunday night.
    A detailed program calendar will be sent you prior to the arrival date.

  • You will receive your payment minus a 25% cancellation fee up to two weeks prior to the workshop. After that time your payment is nonrefundable.

  • If you pay in full when you register you will receive a full refund minus a 15% handling fee if you cancel before December 30, 2023. After that date, your payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

    If you choose a payment plan to reserve a space in a workshop, your payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Before each installment payment is due, you will receive a reminder email with instructions on how to make your payment online. If an installment payment is not received on or before its due date, you forfeit your spot in the workshop.
