No returns on supplies unless damaged. Please contact us at 888-639-8569.
Course Cancellation Policies
Your deposit is refundable less a 50% handling fee prior to the balance due date. Cancellations received after that date are non-refundable or transferable. Please refer to the program specifics below:
Refund Schedules:
3 day programs: balance due date is 14 days prior to the workshop.
5 day programs: balance is due 30 days prior to the start date of the workshop unless otherwise stated. Esalen, Omega and Hollyhock have their own cancellation policies, please contact them directly for specific details.
Longer programs:
Balance due date varies. See individual listings.

Travel Insurance: You may wish to purchase travel insurance. Should you have an emergency at the last minute and are unable to attend, the insurance would cover your airfare and workshop costs.
