Hui Ho'olana Travel and Food Details

We are looking forward to seeing you soon at Hui Ho'olana on the remote island of Moloka'i , Hawaii.
The information below will assist us in making your stay as satisfying as possible.

Travel Itinerary: We will make arrangements to have you picked up and returned to the airport according to your schedule. Island Air is the most consistently on-time airline for the inter-island portion of your flight.

Convenient arrival/departure times are: 

Arrival: Sometime in the afternoon after 2:00 PM. Dinner will be at 6:00 PM.

Departure: By noon on the last day.
We realize these suggested times may not coordinate with flights available to you. We will arrange transportation in any case.
Hui Ho'olana does not have accommodations for arriving before or staying after the listed workshop schedule. Suggestions for other accommodations on the island can be found here.

Car Rental: We will have a van available during our stay for excursions to the beach and to town. For more flexibility in exploring on your own, you may want to consider renting a car from Discount Car Rental. If you would like to share a rental car with another participant, check the box below, and we will put you in touch.

Diet: Professional chefs prepare the exquisite food at the ‘Hui’. The menu is exceptional! Fresh tropical fruits and vegetables from their organic gardens are featured, as are native fish and other exotic specialties that have become such a memorable part of the Hui experience. The lodge serves real coffee as well as a selection of teas and juices. Soda and alcoholic beverages are not provided, you may bring your own. (There is a good wine store in town). However, we do not have the appropriate staff or facilities to accommodate unusual dietary needs.
If you are on a restricted diet of any kind, please bring what you need and plan on supplementing your meals.
